Child labor in Colombia: factors affecting the selection of economic activity

The aim of this research was to determine whether child labor in Colombia’s urban areas shows specific characteristics and backgrounds once it is divided by economic activity. descriptive analysis based on basic statistics multiple correspondence analysis, the probability working modeled through a logit model. Finally, multinomial model applied consider six most common activity sectors these children work at. evidence suggests that particular type affected personal lifestyles.
